Our Craft

We have an obsession for perfection. Not the loud kind — the kind that waits, refines, and never rushes. Every element must align: light, motion, place, timing. If it doesn’t, we don’t shoot. Simple as that. This is how we work. With precision, with patience, and no shortcuts.

The Right Place

Every location in A Dream in Blue is part of a narrative — a visual journey where each place becomes a chapter.

We choose roads, landscapes, and architecture that resonate with the spirit of the car and the story we’re telling.

Some are iconic, others more hidden. What matters is how they fit — how they carry the atmosphere, the emotion, the sense of escape.

This is not a random collection of scenes. It’s a sequence. A dream unfolding, one destination at a time.

The Right Moment

We often return to the same place multiple times in a single day.

Morning, noon, sunset — each light tells a different story. And most of the time, we don’t shoot.

We wait until the light, the angle, and the atmosphere come together in a way that feels right.

The goal is not documentation. It’s emotion — that fleeting moment when everything makes sense, even if only for a second.

That’s when we press the shutter.

The Right Tools

We work with full-frame digital cameras, calibrated prime lenses, and cinema-grade drones.

Every image is captured in raw at the highest resolution available: no compression, no automation. Every parameter is controlled manually — aperture, shutter, ISO, white balance.

Quality starts at the source.

The Right Hands

Tools matter. But they don’t make choices.

Every photograph in this series is the result of trained observation, deliberate composition, and years of photographic discipline.

There’s someone behind the camera who understands where to stand, when to wait, and what to leave out.

What you see is not an accident — it’s a decision.

The Right Finish

Each print is produced in one of Italy’s finest artisanal labs — the same trusted by major galleries and museums.

We use Fuji Crystal Archive paper, mounted on Dibond, sealed under 4 mm glossy acrylic, and framed with brushed aluminium.

Every piece is signed, numbered, and packed by hand in a custom-made archival box.

Because how it arrives matters just as much as how it was made.

What we make takes time. But time is what gives it value.

That’s our craft.
